Hi, I’m Celia, and will you please please pay attention to meeee?! My foster mom named me Celia because I like to sing -- as I follow you around and look up at you with my huge blue eyes. I’m a tiny, curious girl and I like to be warm and hang out in your lap. I like other cats, I haven’t met any dogs or children yet, but I seem to get along with everyone so far!
