He was born with sever carpal laxitivity . He has been to the vet and has been wearing splints to help. Bu they do not think he will ever walk normally, however this does not stop him from playing ,jumping and keeping up with his siblings! So he will need a special home where he will be kept strictly indoors. Otherwise he is noemal.
