CeCe Domestic Short Hair Charlotte, NC

CeCe is a female domestic shorthair tabby kitten. She was rescued in January 2024 in East Charlotte alongside some of her colony. We estimate her birth month to be April 2023. CeCe has received initial vet care from our rescue, and is spayed, microchipped and vaccinated.

While Cece’s full family history is unknown as a community cat, she was a beloved member of her community and cared for greatly by a local homeowner. The homeowner even went so far to allow her in her home, so Cece was well on her way with socialization as we brought her into our program.

Sweet CeCe will shower you with purrs and head rubs as she gets scritches. She checks in periodically with her foster mom for attention and then is happy to curl up either next to a person or on a chair on her own.

CeCe is in foster care with exposure to other cats and dogs. She seems to really enjoy the dogs, often approaching them, or comfortably eating beside them! Over time, we'd think she'd become best friends with one :)

We believe CeCe would do just fine as a solo pet, but will also acclimate to other cats/dogs in the house with time to adjust. She is in a foster home with Nickie.
