Cassidy Tuxedo & Domestic Short Hair Mix Springfield, OR

CASSIDY is a short-hair tuxedo female with white mittens, a short tail, and soft, shiny fur. She has a cute little jigsaw puzzle pattern on her mouth and chin. Cassidy is shy when first coming to a new environment, but with a little time and patience, she warms up and is very affectionate. She'll rub against your legs and nuzzle your hand to get her head scratched. She'll curl up in your recliner, with or without you, and she really loves to snuggle in a ball on your lap while you watch TV. Cassidy especially enjoys playing in a box, waiting for someone to dangle her toy within reach. Cassidy had been a rescue cat until her human passed away and she was returned to the cat rescue. She was wary and wide-eyed for a while, and it took a few weeks for her to feel safe and comfortable in her foster home. Now she is happy to get attention from her foster as well as from visitors who will scratch her head. She is getting used to being picked up. Cassidy eats a small amount of canned food (seafood flavor) mixed with water several times per day. She is curious about what's outside, so she will need to be watched around doors and windows. She will be a wonderful companion for a patient person who give her the love and attention she deserves.

CASSIDY has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, is negative for FeLV and FIV, is in good health, and includes a free wellness visit with our vet partners.
