Meet Carrie Mae
Carrie Mae (estimated between 2-3 years old) will be ready for her forever home around March 6th.
This beautiful momma is ready for Calgon to take her away! She and her co-parent, Chakaia, have earned their right to some serious self care, especially after lovingly raising eight kittens between the two.
Carrie Mae is a bit timid when first in a new environment. She wants to take her time to make sure the vibe in the room is right before jumping right in. A slow approach is best when first making your introductions. Once she feels comfortable she will venture out for pets and nuzzles. She rewards your patience with a deep and soulful purr.
Carrie Mae has the sweetest meow and will chat with you while waiting for her dinner. Just like a lot of mothers, she tends to let everyone in the family eat before she digs in. If the dinner table gets too rowdy she will politely move away and watch until things calm down.
She is still a young mother and will likely show her more playful side once she is no longer a kitten jungle gym. She does appreciate a pom pom to bat around on occasion. She loves to have little space to curl up in when she needs to recharge and can often be found gazing out the window.
Upon adoption, Carrie Mae will be spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. She tested negative for FIV/FeLV.
