Meet Cannoli! Cannoli came into the rescue after he was trapped by a local friend, who realized he was too friendly to be put back outside. He’s happily settled into his foster home and is now ready to find his forever home.

Cannoli is as sweet as his Italian treat namesake! All he wants is cheek scratches from his humans while he purrs like a motor. He will become your best friend if you offer a warm lap and a Churu treat. He has the cutest chirpy meow, and he loves soft blankets and cozy spots where he can really get into making biscuits (maybe pizzelles? He’s an Italian gatto after all.)

He is a laid back guy, and just wants a calm environment where he can feel safe. But don’t let that fool you! After settling into his foster home, he has quickly transformed from a lethargic cat into a playful, high-energy goofball, who will crack you up as he bounces off the walls chasing wand toys.

Cannoli would likely do best in a quieter home with no young children, where he can bask in all the love and attention he deserves. He has lived with other cats and coexisted with no problems; we don’t know how he is with dogs.
