Meet Caliente ("Calli"), a 2-year-old gray tabby with unique specks of orange that highlight her beautiful coat. This sweet girl arrived in our care as a dedicated mom to her four kittens. We don't know much about this family's past but they were covered in ticks and Calli was far too skinny, and very protective of her babies. Now that she's healthy and her mothering days are behind her, she deseves to find her forever home.

Calli is a talkative kitty who loves to engage in conversation, especially if it leads to her favorite neck scratches! She's independent yet affectionate, and she's ready to live her best life by your side - all she really wants it to cuddle with her people! She's the perfect sidekick for someone who works from home.

Calli is spayed, microchipped and up to date on vaccines. She is initially nervous around dogs but she'd be okay in a home with one if she's given time and space to warm up to the idea.
