Caesarion Domestic Short Hair & Siamese Mix Rock Spring, GA

Caesarion is a 1-year-old grey kitty who was adopted from us as a kitten, and recently returned because his owner was renting and their landlord decided to sell their home out from under her, leaving her with nowhere to live. It broke her home to have to return him, but she knew it was for the best.

Caesarion originally came in with his mama Cleopatra, a blue-point Siamese mix, from a poor neighborhood where she had been roaming stray on the streets for many weeks, raising Caesar and his 3 matching gray siblings. An elderly good samaritan was feeding them and caring for them, and realized over time that one by one the babies were disappearing and poor Mama Cleo was showing up for dinner with only 3, then 2, and finally just Caesarion was left. She did not want something to happen to them, so she reached out for help and we took both in last fall.

Caesarion has an absolutely AMAZING dog-like personality. He is very outgoing, playful, silly, and loves to get the zoomies and run around. He’s also a floppy boy who loves to plop on the window bench and watch the birds outside, or lay bell-up on the couch. He is VERY affectionate, and absolutely CRAVES to be picked up, carried around over your shoulder or in your arms, and to be hugged and held like a baby, where he can wrap his paws around your neck and have you kiss all over his face and head. He seriously enjoys this so much and will beg you for it. He would really enjoy having cat-respectful kids who will dote attention and snuggles and hugs on him, and be willing to play with toys with him. I honestly wouldn’t put it past him to enjoy being pushed in a doll stroller or allowed to nap in baby doll beds, as long as it’s always his choice. He’s a genuinely silly cat who
loves any and all human interaction.

Caesarion really, really loves other cats and absolutely has to have a feline playmate in his home. Through a rather interesting story that is posted on our Facebook page, we have his identical (but much more petite) littermate sister Selene also available and we’d absolutely love to see them adopted together! She is listed here on Petfinder. Or he would love to be adopted with Midnight, they are the same age and really, really enjoy each other’s company.

Caesarion also lived with a wonderful cat-friendly pit bull at his first home, and he ADORED his good doggo brother. They slept cuddled up together, groomed each other, shared food bowls, etc, so I have no doubt he would enjoy another cat-friendly dog friend!

Caesar IS particular about his litterbox, so it must be scooped daily and litter replaced each week. This is the standard level of care for anyone to own a cat, but Caesar is a very tidy boy and needs this to be reliable. No biggie for the world’s most perfect cat!

As always, all available cats and kittens are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, and tested for FIV/FeLV. Cats 5 years and over have had full dentals completed.

Our kitties come with lifetime behavioral support, and a no-questions-asked return policy.

All adoptions require an approved application, and home visit upon approval when your new family member is delivered. As such, all adoptions are limited to a 2-3 hour drive radius of the Chattanooga area. This is FIRM.
