Meet Butch, an adult kitty that has a knack for kneading, a behavior often referred to as 'making muffins'. He's a pro at it, turning any soft surface into his personal bakery. Butch's muffin-making is a sign of his contentment and trust, a trait he's ready to share with a loving family. We will say that it would be good to have his nails trimmed regularly because he is constantly kneading especially while you’re petting him and he doesn't know his own strength.
Besides his kneading skills, Butch is known for his calm demeanor and affectionate nature. He's a great listener and an even better companion.
Butch may be an adult, but he still loves his mouse on a string. He grabs it and runs away. He’s pretty active and loves engaging in play like with the Cat Charmer that’s a streamer or with the streamer that has feathers. He uses his mouth/claws while playing so he should be in an adult humans only home, it isn't meant aggressively but he can play rough.
Butch takes a little while to get comfortable in a new home, he'll find a comfy hiding place, and will make you come to him to gain his trust. But after a few days of giving him pets, he will honor you with his loud purr and his butt shakes. Soon he will be coming out asking for attention. Once he gets to know you, he’s very demanding of attention. He’ll follow you around to get it so be careful not to trip over him cause he’ll walk right in front of you. If you sit down, he won’t get in your lap but will bug you to pet him. He doesn’t like being picked up at all. He is very much a floor kitty, so he needs adult who will respect that he wants attention while all 4 paws are on the floor.
His purrs are a soothing balm after a long day. Adopting Butch means gaining a friend who will always be there for you, making muffins to warm your heart.
