Meet Buffy

This handsome man is Buffy, the cat of a local animal advocate who recently passed away. She left behind two cherished feline companions. One of them was adopted, but Buffy was at the shelter and not doing well considering his world was turned upside down. We took him in and got him all checked out so he could find a new adoptive home. He is about 8, meaning he qualifies for our Seniors for Seniors program in which we pair senior animals with senior humans and continue to pay for their care. Senior residents living in Yakima or Kittitas counties qualify for this program.
Buffy is a big gentle giant. He is a real sweetheart once he feels comfortable with you. Is quiet and shy at first but well worth the wait for him to come out of his shell. He needs a large litter box and uses it well. Also enjoys frequent brushings that he needs with his beautiful long fur!
