Meet Brownie at Pet Supermarket
3000 N Center St Hickory, NC
Brownie is the most loving “Velcro” cat in our house. She wants to be held and be in my face all the time. She really loves playing with kittens also. She has lots of energy and needs a playmate. Please don’t make her an only cat. You don’t want all the responsibility of entertaining her.
If you adopt Brownie and one of our other cats or kittens the adoption fee will be $320 for both and that includes spay/neuter, 1 yr rabies vaccine & deworm. We keep our foster cats on monthly flea/parasite prevention also. Please consult your vet and keep them on a prescription topical. Please don’t use cheap store brands of flea topical because they can cause issues with your cat’s health.
Pet Supermarket has the food and litter our foster cats are used to having. We recommend starting out with what they are used to for an easy transition. Changing food can cause stomach issues.
Very important: put your new pet in a small bathroom for the first few days to acclimate to their new space. Do slow introductions to other pets in the house. Pets should always meet on opposite sides of doors to smell each other so you can make sure the reaction is positive. Sometimes it takes time and patience to introduce pets to each other. Don’t rush it. Use extreme caution when introducing a cat to any dog no matter how sweet you think the dog is.
