My name is Brie and as you can see from my picture, I am a beautiful Calico kitty. Many people who get the chance to meet remark about how soft and luxurious my fur is. Along with my brother, Cheddar (also AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION), I was born in approx. April 2007.



I started life as a homeless kitten and this has made me a bit shy around strangers. I take some time to warm up to people, but I get along easy and well with other kitties. My favorite kitty companion, of course, is my very own brother, Cheddar. In fact, my foster Mom says that we provide each other support and reassurance. As such, my ideal new home would be one which would consider adopting the two of us - together. I am sure that this will make the transition to a new home, new people and smells much less stressful!



Although I am a shy girl, when it comes to mealtime, I am first in line. I like to make sure that my foster Mom knows that I am one of the first kitties that needs to be fed.



Sometimes a shy kitty like me needs some extra time and TLC that simply isn't available in a foster home with other kitty responsibilities. With a little patience, attention and understanding, I hope to show how much personality is just lurking below the surface! Some people say that helping to bring a shy kitty out of it's shell is one of the greatest and most gratifying experiences. If you agree - give me and Cheddar a chance!
