Meet Brenda
Brenda is a sweet and reserved kitty with a personality all her own. She’s a quiet observer, always keeping an eye on what’s going on around her, but she’s not quite ready to dive in just yet. Brenda is naturally curious and enjoys watching the action from a safe distance.
She is RSQ’s Cat World Supervisor and likes to follow our volunteers around checking on their progress and quality of work. She ensures that the volunteers don’t forget her or pass up on the opportunity to bribe her with treats.
She’s a fierce hunter when it comes to her toys. When she makes a "successful" kill, you’ll be rewarded with her signature war cry—her way of letting the world know she’s conquered her latest prey.
Brenda may act like she wants affection, but she’s still figuring out how to fully trust people. She would thrive in a patient home that understands her independent nature. She wants to be part of the action without being in the middle of it. Over time, with love, treats, and plenty of play sessions, she may just decide you’re worthy of giving her those elusive pets.
She’d do best in a calm, quiet household where she can observe her surroundings and take her time adjusting. A cat-savvy adopter who understands that Brenda needs time to warm up will be her ideal match.
All RSQ cats are microchipped, fixed, and up to date on shots before adoption is final. To learn more about RSQ, or to fill out an adoption form for any of our animals, check out the RSQ website at rsqutah.org.
