Meet Billie! Billie was found as an outdoor stray and was taken in by a Good Samaritan. Billie eventually found his way to us! He is about 1.5 years old and really enjoys the company of other cats but we think he would do fine as a single kitty as well. Billie is available to foster-to-adopt as with a lot of adult cats, he can be weary of new people.
