Belle is a bit on the shy side but a sweetheart at her core. She’s a people oriented cat who loves attention— especially in the form of butt scratches— and will happily seek you out for love. She’s not a lap cat but she always wants to be near you just to enjoy your company. And so you can enjoy hers too. She’s a chatty girl who loves to chirp and give you the sweetest looks. She is good with other cats but might do well in a household without dogs or only with dogs who are very laid back around cats.
Belle and her brother Tim are being rehomed at no fault of their own due to the living situations of their current owner changing. She is motivated to find them the best new home— whether that be as a pair or separate— possible before the end of 2024. Both cats will go to their new home with the standard BB’s Backyard send home package (some of their current food, toys, treats, information packets, and a familiar item to make the transition easier) as well as vet records from the current owner and anything else she feels would ease the transition.
