Hello, I'm Beauty! One day, while exploring a fish market, I accidentally hopped into a van filled with tuna cans. Next thing I knew, I was at this place they call 'shelter'. I'm not complaining though, there's plenty of toys and I've become quite the ping-pong ball soccer champ! I'm a bit shy, but I'm brave when it comes to chasing laser pointers. I'm also quite the diva during my nail trims and brushing sessions - it's like my own personal spa day! I've got energy to burn and curiosity to match. I'm looking for a family who can appreciate my playful antics and goofy charm. Adopt me and let's make memories together!

If accepted, you will hear from us within 72 hours. You will have the opportunity to ask questions before you meet the pet; an adoption may or may not happen at that time.
We do adopt outside the Yakima area IF you are able to come to Yakima to pick up your adopted pet. We do not have a kennel facility; all of our pets are in foster homes.
Meet/greets and adoptions take place at a site chosen by the adoption coordinator. If the cat you wanted to adopt is no longer available, please fill out an application anyway because adoptions don't always go through and it may be relisted. Your application will be kept on file for 30 days in case you find another pet you'd like to apply for.
The adoption fee covers vaccinations and worming. Flea treatment and veterinary care will be provided if necessary. If you are from out of town you will need a pre-paid spay/neuter receipt from your own veterinarian.
