Meet Atlas
Approx DOB: April 2024
Atlas is the only kitten surviving from a massive TNR operation. Atlas and his sister were found in a barn without a mama. They were the only two kittens in a colony of more than 50 cats that were TNR’d. At 2 weeks old, Atlas had a very traumatic start in life. With intensive care, tube feeding, fluids under the skin and surgery for an umbilical hernia, he has survived.
Atlas is a fun-loving, playful and snuggly kitten. He grew up with 13 other foster kittens. His closest mates have been adopted already. Atlas enjoys the indoor life and he is thriving. With his mates in their forever home, Atlas has taken on the role of big daddy of the other fosters. He loves to take the highest spot in the room just to observe the other kittens or take a long nap in the sun. He is a big snuggler and biscuit maker especially in the evening. He is extremely playful with all of the foster, children and dogs. When he was bottle-feeding, Juno, the large resident Labradoodle mothered him through grooming, mock nursing and snuggling for warmth. Atlas has passed this love and caring on to the little kittens in his foster home. He loves to play laser tag chase spring toys all around the house and hunt for any fuzzy thing dangling from a wand toy.
Like his foster mates, Atlas deserves his own warm and loving forever home and family. If you have an existing dog or cat, Atlas will make the best brother. Please apply today and make this little boy the happiest kitten ever!
All cats are vaccinated, dewormed, treated with flea preventative, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, microchipped, and spayed/neutered prior to adoption.
Adoption application, phone interview, home visit, and adoption fee required (+ PA Sales tax). Adoption fees are:
Baby (Kittens up to 1 year) = $125
Young & Adult (1-7 years) = $100
Seniors (8+ years) = $80

You will receive a welcome email once your application has been assigned to a volunteer processor (this should be within 72 hours of submitting an application). If you do not receive such an email, contact catapplication@furryfriendsnetwork.com. Once your application has been processed (this can take approx. 10-14 days), we will arrange contact with the foster to schedule a time to meet kitties you might be interested in. We are an all-volunteer organization and appreciate your patience during this process.
