Meet Arturo
Amazing Arturo was found with a wire wrapped around & cutting into his neck. He allowed our volunteer to help him, and despite this painful experience, he is an absolute lovebug: He is very affectionate, likes to snooze on his human's lap, and overall a sweetheart. There is no argument that he has the cutest expressions, and a purr that will make your heart soar.
He is great with other cats, and can also be solo. He is FIV+, but this doesn't pose a threat to other cats, and he can live a happy, normal life.
Arturo is just waiting to snuggle with you and have a comfortable and safe home.
