Meet Archie
Archie came to us from the same hoarding situation as Felix, Ember, Sylvester, Maurice and Cinder.
While his health has been great compared to the others, he started out VERY skittish and hid most of the time his foster was around. He has slowly come out of his shell and has recently even rolled over for bell rubs!
He is a sweet boy who needs a patient person willing to give him TIME. He may n ever be a cuddlebug, however.
Archie has come so far! He is now at the Happy Cat Cafe and available to meet. He will initially be shy and skittish but became much more comfortable in his foster home. He would rub up against his foster mama and ask for belly pets. Loud noises and sudden movements still startle him a bit but, with time and patience, he will blossom even more!!
UPDATE: 9/8/24
Archie was returned to us today as he was just not the right fit for his adoptive home. While he really came out of his shell there and learned how to "Cat", his energy was too much for one of the resident cats and she began to have behavioral issues.
Archie would do best in a home with another cat that matches his energy. He loves to play and needs lots of space.
