Meet Alex and Athena
Alex and his best friend, Athena, are quite the entertaining duo and are looking to be adopted as a pair. They are not related but once they were matched up in a foster home they formed an instant bond. They both love to birdwatch and are very playful -- Athena will even play fetch! Alex's favorite toys are his purple fuzzy ball, a cat dancer toy and, and his beloved red string that he will chase all day (should you have nothing better to do than run around your house with it!). He likes to be petted once he gives in to it, but he's still a little skittish and needs a little time to fully trust. Athena was rescued from the street and is shy, but getting more comfortable with humans every day. Her foster parents predict it won't be long before she fully relaxes into indoor life. Alex is about 2 years old and Athena is not yet one year old; they are both spay/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and tested negative for FIV/FeLV.
