Acorn and Moon are 4-month-old, playful kittens looking for their forever home!

Acorn and Moon are a sweet, bonded pair of tabby kittens who complement each other perfectly. Acorn is the bold, energetic one, diving headfirst into playtime with enthusiasm. Whether it's chasing ping pong balls, pouncing on a feather toy, or launching sneak attacks on anything moving under a blanket, Acorn is all in! After a long day of play, Acorn loves to snuggle and be as affectionate as she is energetic.

Moon, on the other hand, has a more relaxed approach. She prefers to watch from the sidelines, waiting until Acorn gets the fun going before she joins in. When she's not playing, Moon enjoys lounging by the window, watching the world go by. But when night falls, she's all about snuggling up close. Together, Acorn and Moon are an adorable duo, always ready for both playful adventures and cozy cuddle sessions.

Both Acorn and Moon love to play and spend time watching the world go by. They typically get the zoomies around bedtime but quiet down quickly. They would be thrilled to share playtime with you but are also very good at entertaining themselves with each other.

Both Acorn and Moon have high energy levels. They are definitely in it to win it when playing--but when it's nap time, they have a snuggly, lazy side as well. They typically start their day by housing down any wet food you give them--as long as it's not pat-style; these stripey gourmets prefer their food with plenty of gravy or sauce. They also drink quite a bit of water.

Acorn and Moon currently live in a 2-bedroom apartment with their foster dad. This dynamic duo would do best in a home with accessible windows and a mix of open areas and places where they can sneak away and hide. They can get a little rambunctious when playing and have been known to occasionally knock things over, so a "kitten-proof" home with all breakables out of reach would be best. They also would love to chomp on your tasty plants, so keeping any (cat-safe only) plants out of reach is a smart move. These sweet kittens like to explore but do not seem invested in finding the high spots in their home.

It's unknown how these two would behave around other cats or dogs, but both were very friendly to adult visitors in the home, so they likely would do well with gentle, cat-savvy kids.

This lovely pair will be neutered and spayed on October 5, 2024. Once that is complete, they are so ready to bring you all the fun, high energy, and kitten shenanigans that make every day a party. Please come meet Acorn and Moon and double your joy!

Cats are up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed/neutered, treated for fleas and/or ear mites, de-wormed, and microchipped.
