Phil, Phil, sitting perfectly still. Waiting for someone to notice a lost and lonely pigeon soul. Life to Phil at the time seemed "out of control." A beautiful portrait of black, white, and brown feathers - how did Phil end up in an apartment complex in this stormy weather? Sadly, this beautiful fancy domestic pigeon was most likely abandoned.
