Meet Pete

Hello, I am Pete. In spite of my name, I am a female as I have laid eggs. I am a Congo African Grey and about 20 years old. I came to BNW when my owner developed dementia and had to go to a facility to live. I have to be persuaded to come out of my cage, but once out I enjoy wandering and spending time with people. I love to mimic sounds. I have some plucked feathers in my chest, but I am healthy. I am looking for a loving home like the one I had before my owner got sick. Diet: Pellets, fruits & veggies, nuts or seeds as treats. Adoption fee: $900.

We do not ship or trade birds. We do not adopt birds out for breeding. A contract is required at the time of adoption. Adoption fees are not refundable, except as stated in the contract.
