Beasley is a beautiful Blue and Gold Macaw that has been with us entirely too long!!! Where are the wonderful homes for macaws!? :) If you are looking for a macaw, please contact us, we have many wonderful macaws waiting for a home.

Beasley is an adult male, you can see from the photos, he does not miss a meal, he needs to go to a home where he'll see a bit more exercise! He is a dominant male, can be typical macaw headstrong, so prior macaw experience is best. Beasley does well with women, but tolerates men. Like all birds if he picks you as his new family, he'll be a wonderful devoted and loyal family member!

The Adoption Process:Fill out our online adoption application which can be found on our website, www.ahelpingwing.org (no phone calls please). A representative from A Helping Wing will be in touch to answer all questions and discuss setting up a first visit. Multiple visits are required before adoption. Although there is no application fee, there is an adoption fee, which covers food, medical care, etc., and allows us to continue our efforts in rescuing, caring for, and finding homes for all of our birds. All birds at AHW have been vetted and have negative tests for any disease before they are made available for adoption!
