Our Mission

Our goal is to encourage responsible pet ownership by offering licensing programs, field enforcement services and educational programs for Arlington residents. The care of stray and unwanted animals and the eradication of rabies from the City’s animal population are critical to successful operation. We provide services to Arlington residents for the following: Stray animals Animal bites Wildlife/exotics Nuisances (barking, odor) Loose livestock Animal cruelty Public education programs (schools, day cares, adult groups, utility companies) Injured animals Deceased animal pickup
