Just Waiting for a "Forever" Home

Hi, my name is Buttons.

Hi, my name is Buttons. I love to be petted and be your best friend. I get along well with other felines.

I am ready to be pampered and am looking for a home that would provide me with a full belly, a bed to cuddle in and daily petting, especially under my chin.

I am a very sensitive girl who is very affectionate, loving and won’t take a day for granted.

Adopt me.
Donations of cat carriers and dog crates needed immediately.

In order to continue our work with fostering homeless cats and recovering feral cats from surgery we need your donation TODAY!

Wire crates are preferred but plastic crates are fine too. Any cat carriers would do!

If you are tired of all the clutter in your basement, donate your old crates/carriers and you'll be helping save a life.

Donations can be picked up at your home by contacting Project Hope at ProjectHopeAdoptions@hotmail.com . Thank you very much!

News

We have several kittens available for adoption BY APPLICATION ONLY - NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. Contact Project Hope at ProjectHopeAdoptions@hotmail.com to request a copy of the application.

Who We Are

Project H.O.P.E. (Helping OverPopulation End) was started by 2 individuals who were unable to close their eyes to the homeless cat problem in their area.

We are a volunteer run organization dedicated to reduce the number of cats/kittens who suffer due to overpopulation. Our focus is spaying and neutering homeless cats (including feral (wild) cats), socializing and adopting kittens born outside, and adopting friendly homeless cats to loving homes.

We do not have a shelter, so cats are fostered in our homes. We operate solely on private donations.

What We Need

  • Monetary donations to help spay/neuter and medicate homeless cats.

Please make checks payable to Project H.O.P.E. and send to: Project H.O.P.E. P.O. Box 84 Somers, CT 06071

    VOLUNTEERS!

We need help in a variety of areas: foster care, fundraising, adoptions, and trapping feral cats. Whatever your talents/interests may be, the cats definitely need your help! Please contact Project H.O.P.E. for more information.

    We also need:

    • Dogs crates (wire or plastic, any size)
    • Ceramic or stainless steel bowls
    • Cat carriers
    • Dog houses
    • Have-a-heart traps
    • Towels, paper towels
    • High quality food for ill cats (ex: Wellness, Solid Gold, Petguard, California Natural, Eagle Pack)
    • Cardboard scratching posts

***Large donated items can be picked up at your home. Please contact us for more information***

    Adopting a friend

There is an adoption fee for all cats. Adult cats have been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, felv/fiv tested, and some cats have been micro-chipped.

Our kittens are vaccinated, dewormed, and felv/fiv tested. An adoption fee applies also for kittens with a portion being refunded with proof of spay or neuter.
