Max Chihuahua Mix Clawson, MI

Hi, my name is Max. I am a Chihuahua or maybe I have a little of something else in me but mostly Chihuahua. I was in the pound, no one knows why and when my time was just about up, I was rescued.


So, here I am at my foster home, sharing with a cat and two other Chihuahuas. I weigh 10 pounds exactly. The vet said there is no wear on my teeth so he guesses I am about 3 years old but at the very outside 4 years old. I am healthy and neutered.


Now, I am told that I am the PERFECT dog. I would never say that but that is what I hear my foster mom tell everyone who isn't tired of hearing it. She says I will put my head into my harness to go for a walk, am totally housebroken, great with other dogs, cats, kids and even adults. I love to play with dogs, cats and toys. Unlike lots of us small guys I am very comfortable with large dogs, so my foster people wonder if I lived with a big dog before I ended up in the shelter. I love attention but I am so good all the time. I'm a good watch dog and have a big bark when I need to use it. I love to go for walks, to eat, to chew on chewies and, on top of everything else, I am already crate trained and go right in when you tell me (it helps to have a treat of course).


You can see in the picture that I love cats or at least the one I'm staying with and will cuddle with dogs too. I'm just an easy going guy who is eager to please. (I do like to hang out in the kitchen).
