Onyx has been at DRI since May 2007. He is STILL looking for his forever home...Onyx comes to DRI from Carroll County Dog Pound in OH. (Thank you to our wonderful transporters who got him here) Onyx came to the pound with another pure-bred dobe that was rescued but poor onyx was left there to die and we wanted to save his life. (Carroll County has limited time they are able to hold dogs so if you are ever able to help or rescue a dog please look there!!!) Onyx is (as the shelter stated) a lab/dobe mix. But we think he is primarily lab. He is young around a year old. Onyx is doing wonderful here. He is such a sweetie. He has gotten along with all the other dogs and people he has met. He has been neutered and UTD on shots and heartworm tested (he was negative). Onyx is a such a joy and will make some family a wonderful friend and companion.
