Belle Noir is an affectionate girl that loves attention. She likes to give her foster mom’s hands kisses (licks) when she’s being petted and she also has a lot to say!

Belle Noir does okay with other cats and kittens but would prefer to be an only cat. If she could be the dominant cat in a household she would likely do fine, she just prefers high places when there are other cats around so she can keep an eye on them – and then she comes down for attention when her foster mom is around.

She loves petting and head scratches and purrs loudly and meows when getting attention.

Belle Noir was pulled from a rural high kill shelter in North Carolina.
