Meet Baxter

Baxter is a 6-year-old Beagle mix. Baxter was brought to the Rhode Island SPCA because his owner was ill and no longer able to care for him. He would do best in a home with no other animals and no very young children. Baxter has a ton of personality. He already has a lot of training and knows a variety of commands. Baxter loves receiving hugs and butt scratches. He is a very smart boy and listens well.
