Frankie Yellow Labrador Retriever & Shetland Sheepdog / Sheltie Mix Staten Island, NY

Hi! My name is Frankie, and I'm a two year old Lab mix (best guess is a Shetland Sheepdog Sheltie mix). I am crate trained, and my foster parents call me a very good house guest. My favorite things are sitting on feet, getting scratches and belly rubs, and chewing on bones and toys. I went to obedience school, know my basic commands, and walk like a perfect gentleman on a leash.

I like to hang out with the other dogs in my foster home, but I don't love all dogs, so a proper introduction will be necessary. My foster mom tells me I should go to a low-key house without cats or kids. I seem to like dogs who are my size or bigger.

Overall, I am a medium energy dog, needing a few walks a day and a nice play session where I can run and stretch my legs.



All of our animals come fully up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, heartworm tested negative, and dewormed, as well as neutered, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination.
