Meet Laverne
Laverne
Est. DOB: July 29, 2013
Description: DSH Torbie
Gender: Female
Adoption Fee: $100.00
Laverne is a little shy, but she loves snuggles after you pick her up. She’s quick to purr and gets along well with the other cats and kittens in her foster home. She loves playing with toys like little mice and the spinny ball toy.
Laverne is a very pretty torbie which means she has auburn, brown and gray stripes on her sides. Shirley needs a patient family that will work with her to create a bond. We would recommend she be confined to one room of the house or a smaller space until she’s comfortable with her new family. She usually only takes a few days to warm up to new people and then she actively seeks attention.
Shirley and her sister were trapped as part of a TNR project and several other kittens from the litter were also adopted.
Fully vetted: tested for FeLV/FIV (negative unless otherwise noted); treated for intestinal parasites, fleas, and ear mites; FVRCP+FeLV vaccinated (initial vaccination and booster); and rabies vaccinated; spayed/neutered; microchipped with Home Again microchips with rescue paid registration.
