Meet Luna
Luna is a beautiful three year old, house broken lab/terrier mix, weighing 50 pounds. She is tan peppered with black and white and has soul-searching dark eyes. She’s super sweet and has never met a stranger, only “friends”. She shows no signs of food or resource guarding. Luna’s zest for life is contagious. She was fostered at a local kennel, quickly becoming a staff favorite. Luna is hoping to join an active family that will play fetch, exercise her regularly and include her in fun times. She may enjoy agility sports. Luna loves to curl up next to a friend and snuggle after a hard day at play. She enjoys children and has been cat tested. Luna can be selective with other dogs so a compatibility check should be done if a family already has a dog that is looking for a friend. Luna is food motivated, making training easy. She already knows some basics such as sit and give paw and loves going for car rides. Luna’s waiting for you to make her a part of your family. She promises to give you the moon and more!
ARNNE supports the rescue/critical care/boarding expenses of local town/city animal control officers that otherwise only have authorization to vaccinate or euthanize. Every life is precious but it takes funds to save lives.
Adoption fees rarely cover the expenses of rescuing, boarding and providing exemplary medical care to the animals in our program. All animals have had a thorough exam, are treated for any parasites or infections, spay/neutered, current on vaccines and micro-chipped.
For more information, please fill out an adoption request form at www.arnne.org. Email or call the shelter at 603-233-4801 and a volunteer will return your call.
