Tobias is a gorgeous Australian Shepherd that came to the shelter as a stray. We believe he is around 2 years old and does have some obedience training from his former home but he also has some behavior issues that are why he is being recommended for a home with no children or novice dog owners. Typical of the breed he is very energetic. If the "Energizer Bunny" was a dog, he would the poster boy.
