Hi there. My name is Kansas. I am about 6 years old and I weigh about 70 lbs.
I am a big, beautiful, happy-go-lucky kind of hound dog looking for my new home. I was picked up by the Wellsville animal control officer and brought here to the pound to be put up for adoption once my hold time was up.
I am the type of dog that would give you the idea of an old lazy hound laying on the front porch. I am a really good and sweet boy here at the pound with every single person I have met. I love affection of any kind. Ear scratches, head pats and belly rubs are my favorites!
I get along well with the other dogs here at the pound too. I have been around lots of dogs, both big and small and have not shown any signs of aggression or dominance at all. I am a very good tempered boy!

I AM SCHEDULED TO BE EUTHANIZED ON : WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 7TH. IF MY EUTHANASIA DATE AND TIME ARE ABLE TO BE EXTENDED IT WILL BE. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THIS AS I AM NOT IN URGENT NEED OF A HOME BECAUSE I AM. THIS IS DETERMINED ON A DAY BY DAY BASIS AS THE POUNDS SPACE IS VERY LIMITED.
