Hi there. My name is Valerie. I am about 3 years old and I weigh about 60 lbs. 





I have been at the pound since the beginning of May!! Can you believe that!? A beautiful and sweet girl like me, at the pound for 4 months (so far)!? Its preposterous! 





I was just found wandering as a stray and was brought in to the pound. 





I am great in my kennel. I don't give the girls here a "lick" of trouble! I never mess in my kennel. I am a total charm! I did get adopted out, but only for about 2 weeks. The lady took me and my friend Colt. We were both good. We were both good and working out great, but one day we decided to gang up on the cat and it didn't end well for the kitty, so she returned us. She said I was completely awesome girl aside from the cat incident. I totally love pools too! I LOVE to be in the water! It's sooooo much fun!

She appears to be in good health and has been given her parvo/distemper vaccine and wormed for 3 days with Pancur.




I AM SCHEDULED TO BE EUTHANIZED ON : WEDNESDAY, MAY 15TH. IF MY EUTHANASIA DATE AND TIME ARE ABLE TO BE EXTENDED IT WILL BE.  PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THIS AS I AM NOT IN URGENT NEED OF A HOME BECAUSE I AM. THIS IS DETERMINED ON A DAY BY DAY BASIS AS THE POUND'S SPACE IS VERY LIMITED.  
**UPDATE** Valerie has received a full ($100) sponsorship to go to any approved rescue to pay for her basic vetting costs.

The Ohio dog license will be honored throughout the state of Ohio until the end of that current years license.


We are open Mon.-Fri. 8am-12pm and 1 pm-4pm and Sat. 9am-12pm.
