Ginger Corgi Lancaster, PA

Ginger and Penelope came from a breeder in TN that we have taken quite a few corgis from over the past couple of years. They were kept as a kennel dogs until they came into rescue and are adapting very well to the indoor life. They were both very skittish when they first got here and are still wary of new people. They have made great progress as far as socialization, house training etc. but will still need someone who is patient and lets them develop trust and comfort with her new home. They lived together with other corgis and while they get along they are not particularly bonded. We don't have any cats here but no aggression has been seen from them towards anything so it would be surprising if they had an issue with cats. They have had a tough life, Ginger has a little bit of her lower lip that hangs down and Penelope it appears had an issue with her ears as they are both a little folded, we don't know if they were chewed on or it was an old infection that wasn't treated quickly. They are both sweet girls and deserve a great life. Their age is estimated to be around 6-7 years old.
