How I Arrived At NHS: I was surrendered by my owner because I was too talkative when my owner would leave. I just loved her a lot, so when she would leave for work, I wanted to tell anyone who would listen how much I missed her. However, this wasn't suitable for the apartment life and any room mates my owner tried to keep.


Note From An NHS Volunteer: Mr. Snuggles was certainly very loved, and is clearly hoping for another loving owner to scoop him up ;)

Cats are feline leukemia tested, if there is a litter, one in the litter is tested or the queen is tested. They are placed for adoption if this test is negative. They have had at least their first distemper combo (booster given if been in our care for the appropriate time), been de-wormed, and treated with a flea and tick product (if applicable). All the cats are spayed or neutered before they leave for their forever homes. Cat adoption fees range from $5 to $60 + tax; Kitten adoption fees are $100 to $160 + tax.
