Truffle is one of the “Fancy Food rescues” and is a strikingly beautiful girl. Truffle is sweet cat who loves attention (purrs a lot when you pet her, wants you to keep petting her) but she is a timid cat. She gets along with other cats and would like another cat as a playmate but she does not do well with other cats with strong personalities because they scare her. Truffle would do best in a somewhat quiet and non-hectic household. Truffle loves to sit up high in the cat tree, looking out the window and soaking up the sun.

The “Fancy Food rescues” were pulled from a rural high-kill shelter as kittens. Truffle was adopted as a kitten but the resident cat relentlessly bullied her so she was returned to Alley Cats and Angels. Her adoptive mom was sad to return her because Truffle is an awesome cat, but wanted a better life for her than being in fear of another cat. Her mom notes that Truffle is very sweet, loves to eat, and loves to lie on her back showing you her belly.
