Meet BUTTERSCOTCH! BUTTERSCOTCH is a lovely and engaging young beauty who was very timid when she first arrived at the shelter. Now, BUTTERSCOTCH sits eagerly at her kennel door hoping someone will take her out for a visit. BUTTERSCOTCH is very treat-motivated, and she knows her sit and stay commands. She also loves loves loves to run and play. BUTTERSCOTCH will make a fabulous best friend and loyal companion, and since she's still a puppy her potential seems limitless. Update 2/25/12: Last weekend we noticed that Butterscotch was limping while she was out in the play yard. X-rays have been taken, and according to the medical staff, Butterscotch has hip dysplasia. Butterscotch is not putting any weight at all on her right rear leg, and she needs to see a vet for further treatment. PLEASE help Butterscotch!
