And now a few words from me:Â
I was adopted nearly two years ago by a very nice lady who spoilt me but she has to give me up due to a change in her circumstances and she is very sad to see me go.
I was lucky to find her and she says she was lucky to find me. Now I need some more good luck so I can find another good home and where I will stay forever and give a lot of love and companionship to my new owners. I am a really good boy,
I listen well and am fully house trained. I am still a little fearful though – my former foster mother calls me a little chicken about some things, like loud noises which can startle me. I like children and allow them to pet me but I think I would prefer to be in a home where it is fairly quiet and children can be so boisterous, can’t they. I would love to be your new pet and show you my coats, boots, shoulder carrier bag and bike carrier bag, etc. And my previous owner has prepared a sheet of my likes and dislikes and an outline of my routine to make my new change as easy on you and me as possible.
And now a few words from my foster mom: Benji is a gentle, sweet natured boy. He does not have an aggressive bone in his body. He loves to go for walks and play tug of war with a pair of socks.
He likes other dogs who are good natured and allow him to go to them first. He is unsure of cats – he would much prefer just to run away from them.
He listens very well, eats and sleeps well and is a great companion. He is fully house trained. Benji would do best in a quieter home with an owner he can follow around and just be the perfect little boy that he is.
He likes going for walks and his age is unknown (approx guess is 4-5 years); the vet says though that he is like a puppy as he has energy to walk and play. He is cute when he walks; he almost prances like a spring lamb!
