Drake was brought into the shelter on Nov. 5, 2011 by his owners. He has been here nearly half his life...HOW SAD. He is 2 yrs old and NEEDS A HOME NOW!!! While he looks like a "wild man" in his kennel, he slows down when he is in the run. The dogs only get about an hour of exerise a week. He needs exercise...so come by and take the dogs for a walk. He is a great dog!
Owning a pet is an extra expense so please make sure you are committed to the pets lifetime before adopting...you owe it to the pet! Drake is good with most all other dogs but needs a home without cats and young children just because of his puppy like playfullness.

He can play a little hard but once he has more room and gets exercise on a much more regular basis he should calm right down. He walks well on the leash once he releases his pinned up energy and is a complete joy to be around. He has such a zest for life and deserves the opportunity at a great life in a permanent FOREVER home.
The shelter is open Mon-Fri. 10-1, 2-5 and on Sat. 10-2 and during summertime, Sundays from 11-3
