Hippie Pekingese & Cocker Spaniel Mix Louisville, KY

Hippie is just an absolutely delightful little dog that will make you smile even on your worst day! He's super friendly both with people and other dogs. Weighing right around 15 lbs, he appears to be a mix of Pekingese and Cocker Spaniel although several people have commented that he bears a close resemblance to a King Charles Spaniel. While his breed make-up may be questionable, there's NO question about what a super nice dog he is! Hippie LOVES to play with toys and is quick to invite you to join him in a game of Toss and Fetch. Because he was a stray at an Eastern Kentucky shelter prior to becoming our guest, we don't have any history on Hippie and can't say with any certainty if he is house-trained but he is crate-trained. So far, he hasn't met a stranger at the shelter but, because we don't know his prior circumstances, and don't know if he's been around children on a regular basis, we're recommending that any children who live in or frequently visit Hippie's prospective new home be at least 10 years of age or older. We can't imagine anything being more of a mood-lifter than to come home to Hippie's smiling face and loving heart.
