Biscuit is a sweet quiet boy who was saved from death after being held as evidence for 3 years! He was confiscated from a drug ring and placed into a tiny cement run without any other human contact than a few minutes a day to feed him and give him water. He is a little shy at first but warms up quickly. He is a good, calm boy and really deserves someone who will finally give him the loving home he needs.
