Meet Angel
This adorable girl is Angel. She was rescued from a rural shelter just a day before she was to be euthanized because the shelter was out of space. Angel is just that...a sweet girl. She loves toys and soft beds, people and other dogs. She is as cute as she can be! Angel is now about 11 weeks old and ready to be adopted. If you have a good schedule that is conducive to a puppy, and a home where a dog up to 50 lbs can live...check this girl out!
Breed Estimate: Lab/Hound
Gender: FEMALE
Approximate weight: 45-50 lbs full grown
Approximate age: 11 weeks old on 9/30
Location: Foster home
Cratetrained: working on it
Coat Type: short like a lab or hound
Personality: playful and engaging
The adoption fee for this dog is $350, which helps with the cost of routine vet care. This fee INCLUDES spay/neuter. If the animal you are adopting is not already spayed/neutered, you will be required to sign a contract legally obligating you to have the animal altered. ***Note that puppy adoption fees most often help generate revenue that goes towards older, special needs animals that need our help. Surgeries, heartworm treatment, boarding costs....all things that often result in adoptable dogs and cats being left behind to be euthanized. So adopting a puppy saves not just one life, but many!
If you are interested in adopting this dog, please fill out our dog adoption questionnaire and e-mail it to sueb@homewardtrails.org. Thank you for contacting Homeward Trails Animal Rescue and helping to save a life!

You can save animals like this one by becoming a foster! Fosters are like way stations between high kill shelters and forever homes. We need fosters so that we can save dogs before they are euthanized at the shelters. If you are interested in becoming a foster, please check out our information about fostering.
