~~~This is Penelope.~~~ She came to us along with her babies from a high kill shelter down south. She was very scared when she first came to us...who knows what her life was like before. Her foster Mom has been working very hard with her, to help her trust people. She has come a VERY long way!!!! She is now a playful, silly, goofy, love bug of a cat. She is also GORGEOUS!!!! These pictures don't do her any justice! Although she is white, she can hear. Her eyes are a green gold, not blue. She LOVES other cats and really needs to go to a home that has another cat or more. She probably doesn't like dogs. She is learning how to play with people, and how to be well mannered. She gets very frisky, almost like a young kitten. When she first came to us, she wouldn't let her foster Mom hold her or cuddle her. Now, she gets lots of cuddles and kisses, and she loves it! She becomes so relaxed, she starts to purr and drool...a complete turn around from when she first got here! She will make a wonderful companion, but probably shouldn't go to a home with young children. A quieter home with adult children and not a lot of action is what she needs. She is an amazing cat, who deserves a great home. Once you see how beautiful she is, you won't be disappointed at all! Please fill out an application and her foster Mom will get back to you ASAP
