Meet Cotton RESCUED

Cotton is 3 months old and came in to the shelter with his sister Miley. Their mother was a Siamese but she was killed by a car when they were little. Their owner surrendered Miley and Cotton because they had conjunctivitis in their eyes and couldn't afford to treat it. Both kittens have been treated and their eyes will are back to normal and not so red and puffy. Cottons natural EYE COLOR IS BLUE.
