And now a few words from me: I'm Corky and all I want most in this world is to have a family of my own who loves me (unconditionally) for who I am and not because I can make them lots of money by having puppies. I was in a puppy mill in the U.S. when the 'mill' no longer wanted me (for whatever reason) and decided it was my time to go. Thankfully for me, (and my babies) I don't think they suspected I was pregnant, because if they did, I'd still be in that horrible place (with my unborn babies and about to give birth, yet again in a mill!) I am so grateful to LOYAL Rescue Inc. for wanting to give me (and my babies) a chance at a life and a future; one that I (and some of my pups) would never have had if rescue hadn't come along to save us; just in time too! I cannot Thank You enough for what you have done to save me and my babies.

And now a few words from my foster mom: This is Corky, our newest foster girl who came to us unexpectedly when it was discovered she pregnant (after coming into rescue) and needed a foster home asap. At that time, we thought she was a Cairn terrier mixed with a Yorkie, so decided to call her 'Corky'; we thought it was cute. Upon receiving her vetting documentation, we realized she is a Yorkie x (possibly with Schnauzer). Cuteness overload regardless of what breed(s) that she is. Because she is out of a puppy mill, we do not know what dad is. All we can tell you about Corky is that she is the most sweetest, loving, trusting and forgiving little soul that we have ever come across while fostering, especially given the horrible, abusive, neglectful life she endured while in that puppy mill!. This little girl seems to want to overcome her past and embrace the future she now has ahead of her. She gives us sweet little Corky kisses everyday to say Thank You and show her appreciation for being saved. Corky is now fully house trained. When Corky first arrived, she needed a bath and a groom badly. She was matted and stunk bad. She really enjoyed the bath and I gave her a little massage (which she really enjoyed). She embraced all the love and attention that was being paid to her and didn't mind the blow dryers or hair clippers while I trimmed her fur. It was like she knew she and her babies were now safe and she could trust us. Corky is missing part of her left ear (probably from being in the mill) and a few of her teeth are missing, but she eats wonderfully with no problem and it doesn't appear to bother her. She's just so happy and grateful to have love, a warm bed and good food to eat.

My heart melts for this precious girl everyday. She will sit and make a motion to ask to be picked up and hugged (she loves to give hugs) and will kiss me non-stop while I'm holding her. If any dog deserves a chance, Corky does. I can guarantee that with Corky, you will have unconditional love and unlimited kisses for many, many more years to come; who wouldn't want that. Are you that chance for Corky?
