Adele Basenji Muldrow, OK

WELL, GOOD MORNING FROM ADELE AND ABIGAIL! We are quite the pair: a mother daughter team. My daughter, Abigail--my name is Adele--has asked that I speak for us. (Oh, I am the brown one, but I am very, very proud of my daughter, sweet Abigail.) We have a very familiar story--our guardians gave us up. They did not want to build a fence for us when neighbors moved in next door.

They started keeping us in a small crate, but to their credit decided that was not exactly what you would call 'high quality of life,' so they brought us here to Ahimsa Rescue. Ahimsa Mom thinks we are both beautiful.....true. Indeed. AND don't know whether you know the Basenji breed or not, but we are considered to be one of the more intelligent breeds. Indeed.

Now, I admit we are both a little bit shy at first; we have never been away from our home. We are still adjusting to our new environment, just like people have to do. But we warm up nicely when we sense kindness, which we do all the time here at Ahimsa. Indeed.

So we need kindness, patience, commitment, loyalty.......just like we promise to give to you. Look at our pictures. You can't pass by this exquisite mother/daughter Basenji team of Adele and Abigail.
