Meet Wiley

Wiley is a love bug and likes to be in your lap. He gets along with other dogs but I think prefers a female. He has not had much socialization but from what he has had, he has been great around kids and other dogs. He plays rough so that could be an issue for another dog. Just depends on the dog. He has never had a real home and has waited a long time for a chance at one.
